They will be responsible for managing contracts, site work, and bidding and construction services. The candidate will also be expected to perform budget analysis and tracking RFI. Develop and implement project strategies, ensuring that they align with the company's overall business strategy and objectives. Conduct risk management processes to identify potential challenges and devise contingency plans. Oversee all aspects of construction project management including quality control, budgeting, contract management, and site work. Coordinate bidding and construction services, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget. Perform budget analysis and tracking RFI to monitor project costs and ensure financial efficiency. Collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders, fostering a positive working environment. Make strategic decisions that could impact the overall success of the project. Ensure all projects comply with safety and building regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the construction industry. Proven experience in risk management, problem-solving, time management, decision making, strategic planning, quality control, budgeting, contract management, site work, bidding, and construction services. Proficient in performing budget analysis and tracking RFI. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles. Proficient in project management software. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset. Certification in project management (PMP) is a plus. Interested in hearing more?
