Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Construction Worker to join our team. As a Construction Worker, you will be responsible for assembling and constructing various wooden components according to specifications. This is a vital role in our organization, as your craftsmanship and attention to detail will contribute to the overall quality of our finished products.
- 1st shift: 7am to 3pm & 2nd shift : 4:00pm - 12:00pm
- Monday - Friday. Some Saturdays as needed.
- Pay rate: $16.00/hr. 2nd Shift $16.50/hr

- Must know how to read a tape measure.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine assembly procedures.
- Measure and cut wooden materials to the required dimensions.
- Assemble wooden components using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of the assembled products.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet the required standards.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations.
Skills and Experience:
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions.
- Proven experience as a Wood Assembler or similar role.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of woodworking tools and equipment.
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy materials.
- Safety-conscious mindset and adherence to safety protocols.
