Sr. Salesforce Engineer

Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Salesforce Engineer to support and manage onshore activities related to the EPLUS product built on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate should quickly understand the EPLUS product functionality, work closely with customers, and coordinate with internal offshore teams to ensure smooth operations and issue resolution. This role will serve as the primary onshore point of contact for customers, stakeholders, and the Salesforce.org team.

(Remote based in the US and able to work EST time zone)

Qualifications

• 5+ years of working experience with the Salesforce platform.
• 5+ years in a client-facing role as a Salesforce Consultant (Strong customer communication and stakeholder management skills).
• 5+ years of working experience supporting Salesforce-based products and healthcare platforms.
• Ability to quickly learn new product features and business workflows.
• Working experience coordinating between onshore and offshore teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Salesforce Service/Health Cloud or Sales Cloud.
• Experience working with distributed/global teams.

Benefits

• The annual US base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $130,000.
• This salary range may cover multiple career levels at HealthEdge.
• Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and is based on a combination of factors including, but not limited to, your skills, experience, qualifications, and education.

• The employee is occasionally required to move around the office.

• Work across multiple time zones in a hybrid or remote work environment.
