Human Resources Administrative Coordinator

Are you an HR professional who wants to do more than just execute someone else’s playbook?

7Arrows Land Staff is a Fort Worth-based right-of-way and land services firm growing across Texas. We’re at a stage where HR matters more than ever — and we’re looking for someone who wants to help shape it.

This is a ground-floor opportunity. We work with TriNet as our PEO today, but our goal is to build a fully in-house HR function over the next 3–5 years — and we want the person in this role to help lead that evolution. You’ll also have a mentor in a seasoned HR pro with 30+ years of experience.

The Role

You’ll own day-to-day HR operations, including:

• Full-cycle recruiting using TriNet’s tools — this is a big one and needs a dedicated owner

• Onboarding for new hires and independent contractors (including IC agreements)

• Compliance tracking — contractor insurance certificates, documentation, records management

• Benefits coordination and general HR support through TriNet

• Administrative duties that evolve as the company grows

You’re a Great Fit If You…

• Have an HR degree or coursework and some real-world experience to go with it

• Are organized, proactive, and don’t need someone to tell you what to do next

• Care about people and culture, not just process and compliance

• Want to grow into HR leadership, not just support it

• Are based in Fort Worth and comfortable working in-office (WFH flexibility available for the right candidate)

Compensation & Perks

• $50,000–$58,000 depending on experience
