Desired Qualifications:

• Certified Radiologic Technologist with active ARRT (R) and preferred ARRT (VI) or (CV) credentials
• Current state licensure to practice as a radiology technologist
• Experience working as an IR Tech in an acute care setting
• Proficiency with a range of interventional radiology procedures and protocols
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Strong attention to detail and patient safety practices
• Current BLS certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians with a variety of interventional radiology procedures, ensuring optimal image quality and patient safety
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment according to established protocols
• Prepare and position patients for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Monitor patients during procedures, responding promptly to emergencies or complications
• Maintain accurate procedure documentation and contribute to clear communication within the interdisciplinary team
• Uphold regulatory standards, infection control policies, and departmental best practices
