Develop and present customized insurance proposals that align with client objectives and risk profiles. Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients through consistent follow-up and exceptional service. Effectively manage a sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless policy issuance and client onboarding. Stay informed about new insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes. Requirements Valid Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License required. Previous Allstate experience is preferred. Expectation of 150+ outbound calls per day. Demonstrated experience in sales, preferably within the insurance industry. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal. A genuine enthusiasm for helping others and a strong client-first approach. Comfort and proficiency using CRM systems and standard office software.
