We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Call Center Representative to assist patients receiving specialty medications. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, coordinating with specialty pharmacies, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound and outbound patient calls
- Communicate with specialty pharmacies
- Accurately document interactions
- Assist patients with questions and updates
- Maintain attendance and performance standards
Requirements:
- Previous call center experience required, 1+ year(s)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
- Previous medical billing/coding experience preferred
