Join Allied Universal at a dynamic food and beverage location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, support access activities, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. In this unarmed patrol role, you will help promote a welcoming environment while responding to security-related concerns with professionalism, teamwork, and integrity in a caring, innovative, and reliable culture. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $15.12 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to all persons at the location by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions according to site guidelines. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, warehouse, parking, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions. Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor entry requirements, and report suspicious behavior, facility issues, and/or policy concerns to site leadership. Support a clean and professional environment by observing for potential hazards, equipment concerns, and/or procedural issues common to a food and beverage location, and communicate findings through proper channels. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. X-ray screening experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, local laws.
