This role requires a passion for SEO, AI-driven search innovation, and building strategies that shape the future of online visibility.Responsibilities:Strategy & Leadership: Lead company-wide SEO & AI strategy, aligning with growth goals. Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of experimentation.SEO Execution: Develop and implement strategies to grow organic traffic, improve rankings, and drive conversions. Oversee international SEO and large-scale technical projects.Optimization: Ensure best-practice on-page SEO, fix technical issues, and refine site architecture.Content & AI Collaboration: Partner with content teams to create high-quality, SEO-friendly material. Guide use of AI-generated content to align with brand and SEO goals.AI & LLM Search: Optimize for emerging AI-driven search platforms. Stay ahead of trends and integrate best practices into workflows.Analytics: Track and report SEO & AI performance using various tools.
