Customer Service Representative

Job Description As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) you are often the first person to welcome and interface with Domino’s customers. You must maintain a professional appearance and deliver enthusiastic customer communication, positive personality, and punctuality. Direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others. Accept and analyse tasks under stress, meet strict quality control standards, coordinate with coworkers and customers. Welcome customers and take orders with a smile. Operate, clean, and maintain all store facilities and equipment. Take inventory, stock ingredients and complete associated paperwork. Prepare product to Domino’s specifications and guidelines. Receive and process telephone orders expeditiously. Calculate, add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately and quickly. Make correct monetary change. Use computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle. Physical Requirements Daily tasks are performed from a standing position; you will be on your feet for most of your shift. Walking surfaces include ceramic tile “bricks” with linoleum. Work surfaces are between 36" and 4". Bulk product deliveries require unloading and may involve lifting up to 50 pounds. Occasional crouch, squat, stoop, bend, or stair use during job tasks. Hand‑eye coordination for shaping pizza dough, maneuvering pizza peel and cutter, and folding of cardboard pizza boxes. Qualifications Minimum 16 years of age. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
