Area Director of Clinical Operations Opportunity Description


Our client is a newly-established Home Health and Hospice organization. They have a need for a multi-site Director of Clinical Operations, Home Health and Hospice based in the Billings and Boseman, MT area. Medicare Home Health OR Hospice multi-site leadership experience as a Registered Nurse is a must. Must understand the operations, financial, and clinical aspects of home health or hospice. Regional travel to both sites will be required. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can build.


Area Director of Clinical Operations Job Requirements

• Home Health or Hospice clinical operations, and financial leadership experience over multiple sites.
• Knowledge of Medicare Home Health Regulations / OASIS / PDGM.
• Registered Nurse required.
• Start-up experience a plus.

Area Director of Clinical Operations Job Responsibilities

• Day-to-Day operational/financial oversite of multiple branches.
• Ensure clinical quality, improve utilization and processes.
• Promote census growth and team hiring/building.
