Logistic Engineer

We have an immediate need for two logistic engineers that will be working onsite in Auburn Hills. We are ideally looking for recent grads that have a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and have some engine experience.

What you will be doing:

• Coordinate and generate work orders between calibration engineers and internal teams
• Support day-to-day lab operations by ensuring proper communication and workflow execution
• Track and manage work requests using internal systems and tools
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, lab personnel, and other departments
• Assist in organizing test activities, parts movement, and documentation
• Maintain accurate records and reporting using Excel and PowerPoint
• Ensure clear separation of responsibilities when working alongside union-supported teams

What you will need to be successful:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (recent grads encouraged to apply)
• Basic understanding of internal combustion engines and major components
• Exposure to engine systems through coursework, projects, or internships
• Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings (preferred)
• Familiarity with basic lab tools (e.g., multimeter) is a plus
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
