University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Assistants to provide high-quality support to clients in Westland, MI. As a Home Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping individuals maintain their independence and improve their quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Help with medication reminders and light housekeeping tasks. Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate supervisory staff. Ensure client safety and comfort at all times. Maintain accurate records of care and services provided. Requirements Previous experience in home care or related field is a plus. Reliable transportation to and from client locations in Westland, MI. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to pass background checks. Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a strong work ethic. Benefits Competitive pay ranging from $14.00 to $19.00 per hour, paid twice a month. Flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.
