Principal Symplicity Spyral Territory Manager - St. Louis

Medtronic seeks a Principal Symplicity Spyral Territory Manager based in St. Louis to drive adoption of a renal denervation system for hypertension treatment. This field-based role focuses on physician engagement, account development, and therapy awareness across a designated territory.
Responsibilities
- Drive patient referrals and therapy awareness in targeted geographies and high-potential markets
- Develop relationships with high-prescribing hypertension physicians and community stakeholders
- Educate providers on Symplicity therapy benefits and support contract signing and onboarding
- Collaborate with senior territory managers to ensure consistent messaging and market alignment
- Maintain accurate records of account activity, outreach efforts, and territory performance
Requirements
- High school diploma plus 10+ years sales/clinical/healthcare experience, or Associate's degree plus 8+ years, or Bachelor's degree plus 6+ years
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently within territory
- Experience in medical device, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences sales
- Demonstrated success in new product launches and account development
- Ability to educate and train medical personnel on new devices and therapies
- Bachelor's degree in biological science or business preferred
