We're looking for a safety-focused, dependable Field Technician who enjoys working in a hands-on field environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating fueling equipment, performing fuel and DEF transfers, troubleshooting equipment, and working independently in a fast-paced setting. Schedule: This position requires extensive out-of-town travel and a flexible schedule, including nights, early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and extended shifts as business needs require.

What You'll Do

• Follow all company and customer safety policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Participate in safety meetings, training, and company initiatives.
• Safely load and unload fuel and DEF by operating pumps, valves, hoses, and fueling equipment.
• Perform daily fuel and DEF inspections and equipment checks.
• Assist with rig-up and rig-down of fueling systems, including hoses, fittings, electrical connections, and tank calibrations.
• Monitor tank levels, flow rates, and system performance during fueling operations.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and take appropriate corrective action.
• Operate company vehicles and equipment safely while maintaining all required documentation.
• Complete daily tickets, reports, and time sheets accurately and on time.
• Assist with yard operations and other duties as assigned by management or dispatch.

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class C driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to pass a DOT/Fit-for-Duty physical, drug screen, background check, and driving evaluation.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong math, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds using safe work practices.
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Willingness to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following all PPE requirements.
