Vascular Territory Manager - New Jersey

Becton Dickinson seeks a Vascular Territory Manager to drive sales of medical device products within an assigned New Jersey territory. The role involves building customer relationships, conducting product education, achieving sales targets, and managing administrative reporting.

Responsibilities

• Sell entire vascular product line to existing and prospective accounts within territory
• Conduct comprehensive product in-services for physicians, OR staff, and medical personnel
• Plan and execute sales calls continuously while managing territory effectively
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and act as liaison to marketing
• Analyze customer needs, resolve complaints, and prepare required reports and analytics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years outside sales experience; medical device sales preferred
• Valid state driver's license and compliance with auto safety standards
• Surgical procedure knowledge sufficient to demonstrate product benefits
• Proficiency in basic anatomy, medical, and surgical terminology
• Understanding of needs-based analysis selling techniques
• Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
