Job Details
- Type: Full Time
- Location: Omaha, NE
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
- Pay: Starting at $20/hr
- Process invoices, orders, and expense reports
- Maintain accurate and organized files
- Update ledgers, journals, and other accounting records
- Assist in preparing periodical reports
- Generate basic financial summaries
- Other duties as assigned
- Previous experience in accounting or finance roles is preferred
- Proven experience with AP/AR
- Proficiency in using software, such as QuickBooks
- Strong understanding of payroll systems and payroll management.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
