Accounting Assistant
Express Employment on 99th and Fort is recruiting for an Accounting Assistant to join a local Omaha client.

Job Details

Type: Full Time
Location: Omaha, NE
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
Pay: Starting at $20/hr

Job Duties:

Process invoices, orders, and expense reports
Maintain accurate and organized files
Update ledgers, journals, and other accounting records
Assist in preparing periodical reports
Generate basic financial summaries
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Previous experience in accounting or finance roles is preferred
Proven experience with AP/AR
Proficiency in using software, such as QuickBooks
Strong understanding of payroll systems and payroll management.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
