Our team members are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of residents every day.**As an Associate Director of Sales (ADOS), you support the Sales & Marketing team in driving occupancy and revenue while ensuring a seamless move-in experience for new residents.What You’ll Do:• Maintain and update prospect records in the CRM system• Support lead follow-up through call-outs, call-ins, and presentations• Assist in setting and tracking sales goals• Prepare move-in paperwork and administrative files• Coordinate resident assessments with clinical leadership• Facilitate Resident Agreement signings and review move-in packets• Ensure suites are ready using the Suite Readiness Checklist• Welcome and orient residents and families on Move-In day• Support on-site sales and marketing events• Maintain ongoing communication with prospects and familiesYou play a key role in guiding families through the decision process and creating a positive first impression of the community.What We’re Looking For:• 1+ year sales support or customer service experience• Strong phone, presentation, and communication skills• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities• Detail-oriented and service-focused• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systemsAssociate Director of Sales – Help Families Find the Right CommunitySenior Living Sales Manager | Associate Director of Sales | Community Relations # **Pay Range:**20.15 - 25.25*Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?* As part of our team, you will help brighten the future for everyone at Sunrise and beyond.
