Business Development Specialist

To enhance the outbound Business Development and Go-to-Market engine, the full-time remote Business Development Operations Specialist will manage lead sourcing, data enrichment, and sales process optimization while supporting BDRs with high-quality lead data and effective workflows. Key responsibilities: Identify and source high-quality prospects using various GTM tools, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce Design and maintain workflows for lead sourcing, enrichment, and segmentation using Clay.ai and other platforms Analyze prospecting and campaign data to measure effectiveness and support data-driven decision-making Required qualifications: 3+ years of experience in prospecting, lead generation, or business development operations, preferably in a SaaS environment Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and familiarity with GTM technology stacks Strong data and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on campaign data Experience with tools such as Clay, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce Ability to work collaboratively across functions and adapt to a fast-changing environment
