HireLevel is seeking a Soldering Tech in Saint Charles, MO. HireLevel is partnering with an established manufacturer of commercial coffee and tea brewing equipment and related products. Located in a state-of-the-art 120,000-square-foot facility in Saint Charles, the company combines engineering, metal fabrication, electronics, and manufacturing under one roof. The ideal candidate has hands-on soldering experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to read schematics and assembly instructions. IPC certification is a major plus! Job Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-Time Location: Saint Charles, MO Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:30AM - 3:00 PM Pay: $19 - $21/hr. Industry: Manufacturing | Metal Fabrication Benefits once hired: Temp-to-hire opportunity Health, dental, and vision insurance upon hire 401(k) Paid holidays Full benefits package upon hire Responsibilities of Soldering Tech: Perfom hand soldering and desoldering of electronic components, including through the hole and surface mount (SM)T parts Assemble circuit boards, wiring, and electronic assemblies according to schematics and work instructions. Inspect Solder joints to ensure compliance with quality standards Troubleshoot and repair defective electronic assemblies Use Tools such as soldering irons, hot air rework stations and microscopes Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following ESD Precautions Document work performed, including repairs and modifications Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve production issues. Requirements of Soldering Tech: High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience in soldering electronic components Familiarity with IPC standards Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints and assembly instructions Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail Basic knowledge of electronic components and circuits Good eyesight (corrective vision acceptable) IPC Certification is a huge plus HireLevel is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr HireLevel.
