This is your chance to be part of a team that is crafting the future of financial technology and driving outstanding change in the industry!WHAT YOU’LL DO:Work directly with customers and partners to successfully onboard, partner, and implement Ripple's solutions.Partners closely with Ripple's Product and Engineering teams to bring new products and features to market and on collecting, refining, and prioritizing customer requirementsServes as the functional and technical specialist to achieve the business objectives of both customers and partners and RippleDrive the design, deployment, and successful usage of new solutionsBreaks down project objectives into appropriate and manageable tasks and achievements, assembles and guides both internal and external resources on their execution and progress of the workResponsible for the entire delivery life cycle, starting from training, conducting meetings, testing configurations, and launch supportGuide customers/partners to achieve maximum benefits from their implementationTravel to customer and partner locations when work related travel resumes (20-30%)WHAT YOU'LL BRING: 8+ years of IT/software proven experienceWorking in software solutions and delivery with major global organizations and industry groupsAbility to enable real-world, global use cases with new technologies and innovative thinkingA strong understanding of network principles and design, and an appreciation of financial services networksHas a full understanding of the wider market dynamics, challenges, and technological advancements surrounding Ripple and its customers/partners to enable insightful problem solvingExcellent team-working and interpersonal skills, able to build trust and confidence among customers, suppliers, partners, and colleaguesDriving customer/partner software integration engagements as the “go-to” person/face of the organizationProactive, able to enthuse and lead others and generate energy and momentumAbility to analyze and resolve technical issues at a network, database, and/or applicationPrior experience with institutional crypto custody solutions would be a significant advantage.Hands on experience with software development (ideally writing production grade code)Other common names for this role: For positions that will be based in CA, the annual salary range for this position is below.
