In this role, you'll be the heartbeat of the practice—overseeing day-to-day operations, supporting treatment planning, guiding a talented team, and ensuring every patient has an exceptional experience. If you're an organized, people-first leader ready to make an impact, we'd love to meet you.Schedule (days/hours): Mon-Fri (1 sat/month) 7am-6pm (8 hour shifts)ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day front and back office operations, ensuring smooth patient flow and exceptional patient experiencesProvide strong leadership to the front office team, including treatment coordination support and coaching for case acceptanceGuide and support team members in meeting daily and monthly practice goalsEnsure accurate scheduling, collections, receivables, and cost managementOversee treatment planning workflows and partner with clinical team on financial presentationsLead staff training on patient experience, compliance, and office protocolsFoster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture that supports high-quality careMaintain office organization, performance metrics, and alignment with Smile Brands policiesQualificationsDental office leadership experience OR senior dental front office experienceStrong understanding of treatment planning, insurance benefits, and case acceptance processesProven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environmentStrong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and patient communicationExcellent organizational and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to balance multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detailCompensation: $70,304 - $80,000 per yearBenefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off ("PTO"), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.Smile Brands supports over 650 affiliated dental practices across 28 states all focused on a single mission of delivering Smiles For Everyone!® Smiles for patients, providers, employees, and community partners.
