What You'll Be Doing Working a night shift schedule Perform general labor tasks including cleaning, shoveling, and material handling Assist with routine inspections and basic maintenance of machinery Operate and maintain equipment to support plant operations Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to work safely and follow procedures Willingness to learn and adapt to changing tasks and environments Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and problem-solving skills Physical capability to perform manual labor in demanding conditions Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
