If you're a motivated leader with a love for fitness and people, we want to hear from you!Benefits: 401(k), Competitive salaryAbout the Role:Oversee all day-to-day gym operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members and staff Drive membership sales growth through lead generation, community outreach, and member retention strategies Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing gym staff team Monitor and manage club financials including budgets, P&L, and revenue goals Deliver exceptional member experience and resolve escalated member concerns promptly Implement corporate initiatives and ensure brand standards are consistently met Analyze club performance metrics and develop action plans to achieve KPIsRequirements:3+ years of management experience, preferably in fitness, retail, or hospitality industries Proven track record in sales performance and membership or revenue growth Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze financial reports and drive data-informed decisions Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals CPR/AED certification required or ability to obtain upon hireAbout Us:Anytime Fitness is one of the world's largest and most trusted gym franchises, with thousands of locations dedicated to helping members get to a healthier place — physically and mentally.
