Corporate Associate Attorney (Public Company Focus)
Responsibilities:
- Advise pre-IPO and publicly traded companies on SEC reporting obligations, disclosure requirements, and ongoing compliance with federal securities and stock exchange rules
- Assist with IPOs, follow-on offerings, and other capital markets transactions
- Support corporate governance matters including board advisement, public company readiness, and best practices for disclosure controls
- Draft and file SEC filings
Qualifications:
- JD class 2022-2024
- At least 1 year of experience in capital markets, IPOs, or public company representation
- Strong familiarity with SEC reporting, disclosure frameworks, and public company governance
