Reporting into the Creative Director, this role will collaborate across marketing, innovation, and creative to bring campaigns, launches, and brand storytelling to life across digital and physical touchpoints. This role is ideal for someone ready to take more ownership over creative execution, contribute ideas proactively, and grow into a highly versatile designer across digital and physical touchpoints. We're looking for someone who is beauty-obsessed, deeply tapped into social-first thinking and Gen Z culture, and naturally inspired by branding, typography, packaging, and visual storytelling.
