Project Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Project Coordinator to support Demand Side Management (DSM) programs within Company's Energy Efficiency and Demand Response organization. This role is responsible for high-volume operational rebate processing, program administration, and customer incentive validation across a variety of energy efficiency and demand response initiatives.

The Project Coordinator will support both residential and commercial program operations, with responsibilities shifting based on seasonal program demand and business needs. Key Responsibilities

• Process high-volume rebate applications and work orders within established service levels and quality standards
• Review and validate customer eligibility, equipment qualifications, and incentive amounts
• Administer programs including: Residential Saver Switch, AC Rewards (Smart Thermostat Program), Limited Commercial Saver Switch activities
• Support additional programs during lower-volume periods, including: EV Rebates, Energy Efficiency Rebates, Pilot Programs, Windsource Enrollments
• Manage work from shared Salesforce queues, processing requests in chronological order.
• Review applications received through digital submissions, PDF documents, and physical mail
• Coordinate with third-party vendor Hunt Electric regarding installation questions, eligibility reviews, and program administration.
• Utilize Salesforce dashboards and reporting tools to monitor workloads, progress, and performance metrics
• Collaborate closely with team members through daily communication channels and workflow coordination
• Support both residential and commercial rebate processing workflows as business needs require
• Maintain accuracy and compliance within regulated rebate and incentive programs governed by the Public Utilities Commission (PUC)

This role will work closely with: DSM Operations Team members, Tim and Jennifer's teams, third-party vendor Hunt Electric.

Program volumes supported annually include: approximately 70,000 residential rebates, approximately 12,000 commercial rebates, approximately 300 commercial and industrial program contract changes.

Training and Development Due to the breadth and complexity of the programs supported, full proficiency is typically achieved within approximately six months. Responsibilities and program exposure continue to expand as experience grows. During the initial 46 months of training, the selected candidate will follow the trainer's schedule.
