Accounts Receivable Specialist

Our team consists of experienced, motivated, and self-sufficient high performers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work at a fast pace, and have strong attention to detail. Hours are Monday through Friday 7a-3:30p. No weekends.

Responsibilities

Post payments to company software
Take credit card payments
Interact with customers to resolve issues
Run monthly statements
Balance cash drawers
Enter new customer information
Enter credit and debit memos

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a similar role
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience with Microsoft Office and general accounting with Excel
Meticulous organization skills and detail-oriented
