Equipment Operator

$22 - $26 per hour

The Fountain Group

The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Equipment Operator for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Neenah, WI. Details for the position are as follows:
Pay Range: $22 - 26/hr depending on experience
Contract: 3 1/2 months (temp to hire based on performance)
2-2-3 schedule (work every other weekend). (6 am - 6 pm / 6 pm - 6 am)

Job Description:

Master all manufacturing process elements including troubleshooting, basic repair, and quality checks.
Exhibit appropriate interpersonal skills necessary to work as a member of a high performing team.
Maintain accurate and complete production, waste, delay and quality reports.
Log and (or) report results as necessary.
Safely operate high speed technologically advanced manufacturing equipment.
Perform quality checks throughout the shift as required.
Support Quality systems (quality tracker, stand checks, bag/case weigher, metal detector).

Qualifications:

High School Diploma / GED required
Manufacturing or military experience
