Folder Gluer Operator

Folder Gluer OperatorWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Folder Gluer Operator to join our 2nd shift production team (Monday – Thursday 2pm–12pm). The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining folder-gluer machines to produce high-quality folded and glued cartons according to customer specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate folder-gluer machines for carton productionAdjust machine settings to ensure proper folding, gluing, and alignmentInspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and defectsMonitor production speeds and maintain efficiency standardsPerform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issuesEnsure compliance with safety and quality standardsComplete production reports and documentation accuratelyWork collaboratively with team members and supervisorsQualifications2+ years of experience operating folder-gluer equipment preferredStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsAbility to read production specificationsAttention to detail and quality-focused mindsetAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsWillingness to work overtime or other shifts as neededPreferred ExperienceExperience with folder-gluer machinesKnowledge of carton manufacturing processesFamiliarity with quality control standardsBenefitsCompetitive pay (based on experience)Health, dental, and vision insuranceHSA match401(k) with company matchPTO – start earning immediatelyEducational Reimbursement availableIf this sounds like the opportunity you've been looking for, apply today!Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
