Patient Recruitment Specialist

To support a growing clinical research organization, the full-time Patient Recruitment Specialist will recruit patients for studies, administer prescreening surveys, and maintain a database of potential participants while working remotely from Central Florida. Key responsibilities: Recruit patients for multiple studies by contacting referrals and identifying eligible candidates from the internal database Schedule initial visits for patients at facilities and maintain an updated tracker of scheduled patients and visit outcomes Understand assigned studies by reviewing protocols and attending training sessions, while following up with patients as necessary Required qualifications: Bilingual in English and Spanish Minimum Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in psychology, health sciences, or a related field At least 1 year of experience in a customer service-related position, preferably in a medical or health provider environment Relevant experience in patient recruitment or clinical research environments is a plus
