Visionaries like you work on teams that save lives by developing the medicines of tomorrow.Join us in developing treatments, finding cures, and pioneering the path from lab to life while championing patients every step of the way.Learn more at Purpose: The Product Director, Professional Education, will support the TREMFYA brand in Gastroenterology for Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, reporting to the Group Product Director. This is a critical marketing position on a high-priority brand with a focus to continue maximizing the competitive differentiation and drive momentum after the recent launches.Key Responsibilities:Lead the strategy and execution of national congresses, in close collaboration with the internal cross-functional teams, incl. Medical Affairs, the Thought Leader Liaison Team, and agency partners.Lead the strategy, planning and execution of critical advisory boards, incl. the bi-annual top-Tier KOL advisory boards, in collaboration with the Thought Leader Liaison Team.Act as brand lead for the Dynamic Engagement Plan (JET DEP) evolution for the field team, in close collaboration with Advanced Analytics team and field Leadership.Manage agency partners, ensuring rigor in project management, marketing excellence and exceptional execution of key tactics and deliverables.We believe the values that guide our decision-making are guided by Our Credo, and this challenges us to put the needs and well-being of the people we serve first.QualificationsEducation:A B.A. or a B.S. degree is required and an MBA is preferred.Experience and Skills:A minimum of 5 years business experience, of which at least 3 years of successful and dynamic experience is required – preferably in Marketing.Business experience in Sales, Sales Learning & Development or related fields is preferred.Your ability to be creative, agile and outcome oriented, and strong analytically, with excellent overall business insight, is fundamental.You will need to demonstrate excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with a heightened ability to collaborate and work across the marketing and cross-functional teams and with external agency partners and Health Care Professionals to be successful.Previous Immunology marketing or sales experience with an infusion biologic as well as a subcutaneous injected biologic would be helpful.Demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and applying new tools over time is preferred.Other:This position may require you to travel up to 30% domestically.Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
