ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my current agency in 2019 and currently lead a team of five. I've been with State Farm for more than 27 years, serving as a State Farm agent before moving into State Farm management and eventually returning to agency ownership. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, being outdoors, building LEGO sets, and spending time snow skiing and surfing.

Building relationships in the community is important to me. I'm active with NAFA, a member of BNI (Business Network International), and enjoy connecting with local businesses and organizations.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Tad Teeples - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

• Our office is located in Draper.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Field Executive.
