Superintendent

A commercial general contractor in Boise is expanding its project pipeline and needs a Superintendent who can take ownership of a jobsite without needing to be walked through it.

This role covers ground-up commercial and light industrial work: coordinating subcontractors, holding the schedule, enforcing safety standards, and serving as the primary point of contact for inspectors and ownership on-site. You'll be the one making sure the job moves, not just watching it.

What you need:

• Proven track record as a Superintendent on commercial or industrial construction projects
• Strong subcontractor management and scheduling skills
• Ability to read and interpret commercial drawings and specifications

Nice to have:

• OSHA 30 certification
• Procore or comparable project management software experience
• Ground-up commercial or light industrial background

Compensation and benefits:

• Medical, dental, and vision coverage
• 401(k) with company match
• Paid time off above industry standard
• Annual training and certification budget
• Performance bonuses tied to project milestones

This is a permanent, field-based position based in Boise, Idaho.
