General Manager

We are currently looking for a General Manger to take on the day to day business of operating the Sauce on the Side location in Edwardsville, IL.

Sauce on the Side is a fast-casual calzone shop that prides itself on high-quality food and service.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to opening and closing the restaurant, managing team members, cash control, working with Microsoft Excel, making calzones, cleaning, and being a rockstar!

What's in it for you?

• Salary range between $50,000 - $55,000
• Monthly bonuses
• 2 weeks paid vacation
• Manager meals
• 40-45 hours per week

This position would require:

• At least 1 year of experience in restaurant management
• Pizza experience is nice but not required.
• Being good with people is a must.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
