Position Summary We’re looking for an experienced Account (Sales) Executive to drive new logo acquisition and long-term client growth. This is a hunter role for a proven seller who wants to close deals, leverage support resources for successful execution & growth, and stay connected to the clients they win. Essential Functions Close new logo business from targeted shippers Own and grow the accounts you secure, driving retention and expansion Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract close Partner with Account Management, Operations, and shared services to deliver exceptional customer outcomes Education and/or Experience 5-7+ years of successful sales experience in value-based 3PL Truckload & Multi-modal services Proven track record of closing new business and exceeding sales goals Strong consultative selling and executive-level communication skills Ability to collaborate and work across departments and roles Solid industry knowledge including customer needs and competitive landscape Experience growing accounts post-sale Position Details Compensation: We offer a competitive salary and commission plan. Range: $100,000 TO $150,000 plus commission Work Location: Sheer’s Chicago or Atlanta office. Working Conditions and Physical Demands: This role is mostly office based with travel required as needed.
