Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate and effective care in a trauma level 1 emergency department.
• Understand and implement protocols for floating within 4 ER facilities.
• Participate and pass SIMs Lab training for skill competency.
• Monitor and interpret Phillips telemetry strips accurately.
• Coordinate effectively with MDs, mid-levels, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, especially regarding sterile field protocols.

Qualifications

• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Minimum of 6 months of trauma level 1 experience required.
• Two years of emergency room nursing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR systems preferred.
• Ability to float between multiple ER facilities as needed.
• TNCC and ATCN certifications preferred, ENPC not accepted in lieu of PALS.
