Front Desk Coordinator

Front Desk Coordinator - admin / office - administrative job employment We're a home improvement company specializing in fences, sheds, and mailboxes, based in Ridgefield, CT, where we have our showroom office. We're looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to be the first point of contact for every customer and keep our showroom office running smoothly. A typical day includes: Arriving on time to our showroom office in Ridgefield, CT during our normal business hours Greeting and helping walk-in customers face to face — giving general info on our products and services, prices and estimates, and answering any questions Answering phone calls and handling the same — general info, pricing, and order status — plus routing calls to the correct department Creating and sending quotes by email or in person, taking customer information, and booking appointments/estimates for our team Routing anything that needs it to the right person or department Keeping the front desk and showroom organized, presentable, and running smoothly What we're looking for: Reliable — able to commit to a consistent schedule and always be on time Good with using a computer, email, CRM system, and basic office software (Word, google, email, Microsoft Windows etc.) Professional, organized, and comfortable talking with customers, both live over the phone & face to face at the showroom Someone looking for steady, long-term work #J-18808-Ljbffr
