Construction Project Accountant - Cost & Billing Lead
Southland Industries
Southland Industries is seeking a Project Accountant to coordinate all phases of construction job costing for a large project and several smaller ones. You will work with the Project Manager to ensure timely, accurate accounting and risk management across the project life cycle. Responsibilities include compiling monthly billings, analyzing costs against budgets, and managing vendor compliance such as insurance, lien waivers, and W-9s.
