Location CY Boston - 75 - Admin General About the opportunity The Assistant General Manager assists the General Manager in promoting, managing, and coordinating the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring each guest interaction embodies the company's dedication to authenticity, innovation, and memorable hospitality. What you'll get to do Assists the General Manager in leading the departmental teams in the development and implementation of property-wide strategies Oversees the Front Office and other hotel departments to ensure an optimal level of service and hospitality are provided to hotel guests Assists the GM in preparation of forecasts and reports and assists in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the budget to maximize revenue and minimize expenses Reviews financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement Provides a safe working environment in compliance with OSHA/MSDS and ensures a viable key control program is in place Skills and Experience Associate or bachelor's degree preferred Intermediate knowledge of overall hotel operations Working knowledge of Opera, Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook Must have a valid driver's license, and acceptable driving history subject to company approval Ability to demonstrate leadership and a professional image to associates and guests Strong management skills, ability to appropriately assign/delegate work and authority to others in the accomplishment of goals Ability to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, monitors own work to ensure quality and applies feedback to improve performance #J-18808-Ljbffr
