As Assistant General Manager at Hawksmoor, you’ll be a senior leader within the restaurant, working closely with the General Manager to deliver exceptional hospitality, develop high‑performing teams and drive strong commercial results. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll spend your time on the floor, setting standards and supporting both guests and team members. What You’ll Do Support the General Manager in leading the overall restaurant operation Take ownership of service standards and guest experience Coach and develop managers and front‑of‑house team members Lead shifts with confidence, setting the tone for professionalism and warmth Drive performance through strong communication and operational focus Support recruitment, training and succession planning Who You Are Experienced as an Assistant General Manager, Restaurant Manager or senior hospitality leader A confident and inspiring people manager Commercially aware and comfortable driving performance Calm and solutions‑focused under pressure Passionate about hospitality and developing others Ambitious and values‑led Our Values Welcome Everyone – We create warm, inclusive spaces where people feel genuinely welcome.
