Responsibilities Related Rentals is hiring an “Expect More at Home.” Property Oversight: Ensure that the residential community maintains the highest standards of excellence. Oversee our Concierge team, service standards, and safety protocols, to ensure a well-maintained and secure environment for residents. Assist the General Manager with indirect oversight of the Management Office team and Maintenance team. Collaborative Leading: Lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth, innovation, and teamwork. Provide guidance and support, ensuring everyone is aligned with the vision of delivering exceptional resident service. Resident Interface: Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, actively listening to their needs and concerns. Serve as a trusted point of contact, promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and anticipating their needs to enhance their living experience. Customer Service: Make introductory calls to all future residents prior to move-in and initiate face-to-face meetings with new residents to assure quality control and confirm satisfaction with service that was provided. Communication: Ensure efficient and courteous response to all resident requests. Handle all resident complaints expeditiously, diplomatically and professionally. Provide resolution to resident problems and ongoing resident relations. Compliance: Maintain accurate files for all site administration, including lease files, operational procedure files, work-order files, etc. Prepare and process appropriate written communications, such as memos, letters, insurance incident reports, etc. Financials: Collect and post all resident rent payments and manage the accounts receivable process. Submit, review, and approve purchase orders as well as maintaining good relationships with vendors and contractors. Responsibilities (Assistant General Manager) Related Rentals is hiring an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to help lead operations at one of our premier residential communities. As AGM, you’ll be the go-to person for residents, support day-to-day site operations, and work closely with the General Manager and property team. Qualifications Who We Are Looking For You have 1-3 years prior experience as an Assistant Property Manager or Assistant General Manager and 5 total years of experience in the multifamily industry. You are a results-oriented leader who demonstrates genuine care and concern for your team, vendors, and residents. You are committed to the mission of exceeding expectations and providing exceptional service to strengthen real estate value. You are proficient with technology tools and platforms including Microsoft Office, calendar management, our internal applicant database software (Yardi), and social media. You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with ease among our team, residents and vendors. You can multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment. You bring a proactive, hard-working attitude with grit and perseverance.
