Neurology Physician

We are seeking a General Neurologist to join a growing rural healthcare team in Berlin, New Hampshire. This is a full-time outpatient opportunity for a physician who values community-focused care, clinical autonomy, and meaningful patient relationships.
Position Highlights
Full-Time: 4–4.5 days per week
Outpatient General Neurology
Patient population: Adolescents age 16+ and adults
New and established patients
Broad spectrum of general neurology
On-site diagnostic testing available
Special clinical interests welcomed
Collaborative, multidisciplinary team
Rural Critical Access Hospital setting
Clinical Focus
Evaluate and manage patients with a variety of neurological conditions, including:
Migraine and headache disorders
Memory loss and cognitive impairment
Essential tremor
Parkinson's disease
Dizziness
Epilepsy
Multiple sclerosis
Polyneuropathy
Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage neurological conditions in an outpatient setting.
Perform medication management and develop individualized treatment plans.
Order and interpret diagnostic testing.
Interpret EEG studies — highly preferred.
Perform and interpret NCS/EMG studies — highly preferred.
Administer Botox injections — highly preferred.
Educate and counsel patients and families.
Coordinate referrals with cardiology, orthopedics, pain management, pulmonology, sleep medicine, therapy, and other specialties.
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Completion of an accredited Neurology residency
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
2–5 years of General Neurology experience preferred
Recent graduates with strong clinical skills encouraged to apply
Comfortable practicing in a rural setting
Strong communication and teamwork skills
