Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing outpatient rehabilitation team. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced clinicians in a collaborative environment focused on helping patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall function. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering high-quality patient-centered care and enjoys working with diverse populations ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function.
• Utilize therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and advanced modalities to facilitate recovery.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active and unrestricted Oklahoma Physical Therapist License.
• Experience providing physical therapy services in outpatient, hospital, rehabilitation, or acute care settings.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and orthopedic rehabilitation principles.
• Experience utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
