Experience: Mid Level Salary: $26 - $36 per hour Job Details Seeking an experienced Centerless Grinder Set-Up Operator to set up and operate Cincinnati #2 OM Centerless Grinding Machines while maintaining high quality and productivity standards. Key Responsibilities Perform close-tolerance machine setups on multiple material types. Set up and operate Cincinnati Centerless Grinding equipment. Conduct first article inspections and verify parts against prints. Determine correct grinding wheel speeds and stock removal rates. Complete production and inspection documentation. Train and support less experienced operators. Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Requirements High School Diploma or GED. 5+ years of centerless grinding experience. Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools. Experience with Cincinnati Centerless Grinders preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the entire shift.
