Occupational Therapist Outpatient (OT OP) in San Francisco, California. Job Details:

• Position: Occupational Therapist Outpatient (OT OP)
• Location: San Francisco, CA
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Start Date: 07/20/2026
• Required Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy, valid California license, 0+ years of experience, proficiency in Epic charting system, BLS certification, and certification as a certified hand therapist (CHT) or AOTA - Hand/UE certification are preferred
• Preferred Qualifications: 3 years of outpatient hand clinic experience, adult outpatient experience, experience with intensive hand and upper extremity therapy, and float capability to multiple facilities including Mission Bay, Mount Zion, or Bayfront
• Certifications: BLS, CHT - certified hand therapist, AOTA - Hand/UE certification
• Skills: Adaptive equipment assessment, evaluation, manual therapy, custom orthoses fabrication, modalities including US, TENS, biofeedback, patient and family education, and various splinting techniques
• Additional Information: Flexibility to float between facilities as needed; interdisciplinary support including interpretation services; specific protocols for post-op hand and upper extremity orthoses, acute fracture management, and therapy exercises
