We are a prominent organization in Illinois seeking an internal medicine or IM/Peds physician to become part of our expanding primary care team in a vibrant community in Central Illinois.

Position Highlights:

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Salary: Starting base salary of $304,000, plus approximately $15,000 in annual quality bonuses, totaling around $319,000 in your first year.
• Incentive Structure: A competitive wRVU-based incentive plan that allows for additional earning potential achievable in less than two years.
