Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly assistance with insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing questions. Conduct customer-focused conversations to identify needs and educate customers about insurance products and coverage options. Proactively reach out to prospective and existing customers through outbound calls, including some cold calling, to generate new business opportunities and schedule appointments. Follow up on leads and referrals while helping grow the agency through thoughtful sales conversations. Qualifications: Passion for helping people while confidently recommending products and solutions.
