We're looking for an experienced client relations or customer service professional to join our growing team. This is not a traditional call-center position. You'll work directly with business customers, guiding projects from quote through delivery while helping organizations find the right print, promotional products, branded apparel, and marketing solutions to support their success. You'll become a trusted advisor to organizations throughout New England while helping them strengthen their brands and operate their businesses more effectively.

What You'll Do

• Build strong, long-term relationships with business customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email with professionalism.
• Prepare quotes, research products, and recommend solutions.
• Coordinate customer projects from initial request through delivery.
• Process orders accurately while partnering with suppliers and teammates.
• Resolve customer questions and deliver an exceptional experience.
• Recommend additional products and solutions that help customers achieve their goals.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of customer service, client relations, inside sales, sales support, or account coordination experience preferred.
• Experience supporting business-to-business (B2B) customers is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Printing, promotional products, manufacturing, distribution, or related industry experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $47,000–$52,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications, with additional earning potential through sales commissions.
