Restaurant Manager (Mission)

Responsibilities Assist the General Manager in managing daily operations and staff. Execute Company policies, procedures, programs, and systems. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices. Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures for Shift Managers and Crew Members. Participate in local store marketing programs and meet sales goals versus budget and prior year. Manage food, labor, and paper costs and other controllable expenses. Control cash, property, product, and equipment according to Company policies. Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and ensure product availability. Maintain a safe working environment and execute preventive maintenance. Direct Shift Managers and Crew Members to achieve sales and service goals; ensure Customer Courtesy policies are executed. Identify problems and initiate corrective actions. Provide training and follow-up for Shift Managers and Crew Members to ensure compliance with Company Standards. Drive sales and profitability through effective execution of the Company’s business plan. Create a positive working environment by fostering teamwork, communication, and relationship building. Demonstrate professional conduct with customers, team members, and corporate management, and adhere to all labor and health laws. Qualifications Previous managerial experience. Previous fast‑food/quick‑service restaurant experience. Top‑notch customer service skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent leadership skills.
